Climate Change In Texas

The American state of Texas is currently going through its worst one year drought in recorded history.  Unfortunately, the state’s governor is not much of a believer in climate change which is why, rather than planning ahead to future droughts, he is simply asking his populations to pray for rain (I’m not joking!).
