New Wind Turbine Design

After the horrific meltdown at their Fukushima plant, the people of Japan have been looking for ways to transition away from nuclear power.  A new type of wind turbine, designed by Japanese researchers, may hold the key to that transition.  And it might be good for the rest of us too!
